The 2020 Legislative Session will be remembered historically for many years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Legislative Session convened on February 8, 2020, with a budget surplus and what hoped to be a productive session, then COVID-19 pandemic hit, and our State changed overnight. Zoom committee meetings, limited access to state buildings become the norm.
