Building a Diverse, Inclusive and Equitable Workforce

This year Dakota County Technical College and Inver Hills Community College will celebrate fifty years of educating and training our community, we’d like to invite you to a community forum.  The forum is designed as a starting point to diversify and create equitable and inclusive work environments. The forum will include a keynote address by Sonja Simpson, Director of Employer Relations, Center for Economic Inclusion. This will be followed by a panel discussion on practical strategies.

8:00 am         Welcome by Interim President Berndt, Dakota County Technical College and
                      Inver Hills Community College
8:10 am         Keynote address:  Sonja Simpson, Director of Employer Relations,
