Dakota County Critical Issues Forum: The Future of Retail and Hospitality Industry Post Pandemic
The Critical Issues Forum Series focuses on issues, both regional and local, that impact our communities and region; including workforce development, housing, cyber security, transit/transportation, economy, and education initiatives.
As we emerge from the pandemic, we will find out from leaders of the hospitality and retail industries what is the direction and scope they will be taking in the near and projected future to re-engage with consumers.
Liz Rammer is President and CEO for Hospitality Minnesota. Hospitality Minnesota is the association for restaurants/food service, lodging, resorts and campgrounds. She will share her insights on the ongoing pandemic-related challenges, progress toward recovery and the future of Minnesota’s hospitality industry.
Bruce Nustad is President of Minnesota Retailers Association, gives his insights as the future evolves, between the intersection of the regulatory, consumer and business environments, what we can expect.
