Great Neighbors' Duck Races

Join Neighbors, Inc. for a day of fun during South St. Paul's On The Road Again festival! Rubber duck races happen approximately ever 15 minutes throughout the day - with prizes for the winning ducks in every race! This year's grand prize is a destination dinner for two. All proceeds from the Duck Races will be used to locally support the emergency and supportive programs at Neighbors.
