2:20 PM Introductory remarks by Mayor or Port Chair representative from Rosemount followed by remarks from the DCR Chamber representative who will introduce the CEO Chad Dunkley.
2:45 PM Shovels in the dirt photos taken. 
3:00 PM Event concludes.
