A dual-training program is an employment-based earn-as-you-learn program where the trainee is employed by a participating employer and receives structured on-the-job training and technical instruction related to the occupation?s competency standards. Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline focuses on the industries of advanced manufacturing, agriculture, child care, health care services, information technology, legal cannabis and transportation.
