Come and enjoy our 45-minute Pilates mat class is a low-impact, full-body workout focused on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture. Using only a mat and body weight, the session includes controlled movements, breath work, and alignment-focused exercises that engage deep abdominal muscles, glutes, back, and shoulders. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and promotes stability, balance, and overall body awareness.
