Join the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce and CynCity Tours as they take historic storytelling to a new level.
The nation’s most infamous criminals spent time in Minnesota in the 1930’s, thanks to a system that welcomed gangsters in Saint Paul…as long as they didn’t commit crime within the city limits. CynCity gangster guides share stories of John Dillinger, Alvin Karpis, Fred Barker and others, who enjoyed protection in the city.
