We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who prefers working in a structured, technical environment and takes pride in producing accurate, thorough work. If you're methodical, conscientious, and enjoy working to make sure projects are well-organized and well-executed, this may be the right fit.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates and detailed bids for municipal and government projects.
- Develop project plans and ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
- Evaluate project risks, apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges, and follow through to resolution.
- Participate in pre-bid site visits and pre-construction meetings in town and out of town.
- Coordinate internally with project teams and externally with clients and vendors in a direct, clear, and factual manner.

Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in construction, estimating, project management, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with construction principles and project management practices.
- Ability to walk job sites, climb stairs, and work comfortably at heights.
- Willingness to travel to pre-bid and pre-construction meetings as needed.
